  Pizza is very good. I have had trouble several times when ordering online. When I go to pick up the order they don't have it and have to make it causing me to have to wait approximately 20 minutes at the location while they make up for their error. Not very apologetic either.

  Normally order Philly sandwiches from Straight out of Philly, but, was convinced to give Sparta a try. Over the phone was good, read my order back because I had to repeat something a few times, so I was pleased they were thorough. The delivery driver however was extremely rude, and when I was trying to verify everything, kept interrupting to say I needed to sign the receipt so he could leave, and I needed to verify or check on my own time. What company asks their customer to sign for something and verify later?

  Always 5 stars!! This ie one of my favorite places! I'll start taking photos to post, that's how much my family enjoys our nights when we order in from Sparta together! Thanks for always having thr best in quality, taste and $! We are ordering in tomorrow night.

  DO NOT order from this place, worst customer service! The delivery driver handed me a receipt to sign and I handed him a $5 tip. He then handed me my food and a receipt. He started to walk way and I said, “Where is my 2 liter of soda?” He looked and me and told me I didn’t order soda and I showed him my receipt, which clearly showed soda. He continued to argue and then finally said it was to far to go back and get it. I told him I didn’t appreciate him arguing with me and I wanted the $5 back. Then continued to argue and never once told me I’m sorry. I finally got the $5 back. I called the restaurant and the guy on the phone was not pleasant at all. After telling him what happened 3 times I was annoyed. Finally he puts me on hold and comes back and said the manager will refund me $3.50 for the soda I didn’t receive. He told me I needed to give him my credit card number so he could do a refund. I started reading him the numbers and was half way through and I paused because the phone was silent and he didn’t acknowledge that I was giving him the numbers. He said “come on continue.” At that point I told him not to worry about the refund, and I will never ordered from this restaurant again! Worst customer service ever!!!!
